Cesc to Barca story BREAKING NEWS! Man dies of boredom

Mr. Fabregas was unavailable for comment

The British and Catalan media were today said to be nonplussed by the passing of a man, 31, who was bored to death by the ongoing CESC FABREGAS TO BARCELONA saga.

Andrew Mangan was found slumped on the sofa of his house in Sutton, his fists clenched and his face painfully contorted mid-shout.

His last word was reported to be “WHY?”, fourteen times without pausing for breath.

A paramedic declared him dead on the scene, having failed to revive him with rumours about the potential signings of Christopher Samba and Scott Parker.

“If anything, that just made it worse,” said his wife Judy.

Mangan is the sixth person to be bored to death by the CESC FABREGAS TO BARCELONA saga since it commenced  in 2007.

Mrs Mangan re-lived her ordeal for our interviewer earlier today, saying ”I was just in the kitchen when I heard the Sky Sports News jingle, and I was immediately worried. I haven’t let him watch that channel since Cristiano Ronaldo’s transfer to Real Madrid, when he spent three weeks in hospital.”

“This has to stop,” added Mrs. Mangan, wiping salty tears of pure tedium away from her cheek. “Why can’t Barcelona just pay them the money? And they can buy Carlos Tévez and Gareth Bale while they’re at it and save us all a load of grief.”
